Gavin has over two decades of experience in digital technology, including a decade in executive leadership roles.  Gavin’s most recent role saw him take the lead for AI and Automation for the APAC Region for the beverage giant Suntory.  Prior to that he held many senior technology roles such as Head of Technology at Suntory and Chief Technology Officer at Spark Digital ITS.

Dermot is a determined leader in the New Zealand cyber security industry and is committed to developing talent and helping organisations to reduce their cyber security risk exposure.

Prior to establishing Plural, Dermot joined Kordia Group in 2021 following the acquisition of managed security business SecOps NZ (one of New Zealand’s leading and most trusted Cyber Security Operations Service providers), which he co-founded in 2016.
