Today, the Government released the New Zealand AI Strategy  which sets out a direction for New Zealand, giving New Zealand businesses the confidence to safely use, develop and innovate with this transformative tech. The strategy supports the Government’s Going for Growth ambitions, and promotes smarter use of advanced technologies like AI, to grow New Zealand’s economy faster.

Alongside the AI Strategy, the Government has also released the Responsible AI Guidance for Businesses including the Quick Start one-pager for people short on time.
