Skills gaps are the biggest barrier to business transformation around the world. And, most of the global workforce will need reskilling within the next five years. If the global workforce is represented by 100 workers, 59 will need training by 2030 to meet changing skills demands. Of those 59, 29 will require upskilling in their roles. 19 workers will transition to other roles in the company and the remaining 11 will not receive the necessary upskilling meaning they become less proficient at their jobs. Those 11 workers represent more than 120million people who could potentially get left behind.
