AGM Meeting Papers
Following the adoption and subsequent registering of the new Constitution, we will be calling for nominations for six new Directors to the AMA Board, including two development roles. We encourage members to consider standing for the Board to help develop and drive AMA’s strategy. We expect this process to start very early in the New Year.
Any member of AMA may stand, and the Societies preference is that candidates have experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Individuals do not need to be company directors or senior managers to stand for election. A diversity of views and experience is valued.
Proxy voting is available if you are unable to attend the AGM.
